Alfa Business School provides an educational course on Financial and Investment Analysis. Knowledge of all the subtleties of financial analysis can help managers make optimal decisions in the field of management. For example, without the necessary knowledge of the manager, the transaction may seem profitable, but it will lead to serious problems for the company in the near future. Carrying out investment analysis, the manager will be able to correctly assess the investment attractiveness of the project and then make a profitable management decision. But financial and investment analysis skills will be useful not only for employees working in the finance department. Any responsible person or manager will at least once be in contact with financial issues, and knowledge of financial analysis can help them to resolve them. This seminar combines theoretical foundations with practical examples. During the two days of training the participants will take two training courses:
- “Basics of financial analysis”;
- “Project budgeting and investment analysis”.
Participants can attend both courses as well as individually. Each course lasts one day. On the first day the participants will get acquainted with the basics of financial analysis. Students will learn about the universal methodology of financial analysis, as well as learn to assess the financial condition of the company and the effectiveness of its activities. After completing the course, participants will be able to independently identify ways to improve the efficiency and profitability of capital management, as well as assess the financial stability and solvency of their counterparties. The second course “Project Budgeting and Investment Analysis” gives students the opportunity to learn about universal methods in financial forecasting. The analysis of attractiveness of the investment project will be considered in detail, which helps to define profitability and expediency of this or that idea. This approach will allow CEOs to avoid unprofitable investments and calculate investment risks. What target audience are the seminars intended for? This one big educational project will be useful for all employees of the financial sector: financial directors, managers, analysts, economists – all of them will take something out of the training and will be able to solve more complex problems.
